Gay marriage, definitely a major topic going on right now and now more than every especially with the Miss California drama. What happened with the Miss California drama if you don’t know is that during the Miss America pageant, she was asked a question by Perez Hilton asking her opinion on gay marriage and she surprised everyone by answering that she doesn’t believe in it.

I personally don’t think anything is wrong with it. I feel that everyone deserves to be happy and you should be happy no matter what you are. I don’t understand why people are so homophobic. I think it’s more of the older generation that didn’t grow up with gay people and the very young generation whose just beginning to learn about gay people. But I think in the future everyone will have the same rights no matter what sexuality they are. At least young people now are starting to be okay with it.

But I just don’t get why some of the states in the U.S. are taking so long to approve gay marriage. I understand that not everyone is able to accept gay marriage but I don’t understand that they don’t see that everyone has the right to being happy. I feel that just because someone is different they shouldn’t be oppressed and treated differently. The whole saying that they teach you when you’re little, “Treat others the way you want to be treated” is a total lie in my opinion. I think people are too quick to judge and treat people on how they see them and how they look, not how they really are on the inside. If everyone really did put themselves in that situation they would want to be treated right.

Recently a young 11 year old boy named Jaheem Herrera in Georgia committed suicide because he was being bullied in school because the other kids thought he was gay. This story just breaks my heart because little kids are no better than than adults and I think they can be more cruel because if you aren’t the same as everyone else that you should be treated as dirt. And even when the boy told the school administrators which I think takes a lot of courage because of the thought of being called a snitch, the school did nothing to stop it. I hope this school does something about it and they should be ashamed because a young boy’s life is gone now. If you want to read the story on this tragic incident, click here.

Recently, Hugh Jackman was asked a question about his sexuality asking if he was gay during an interview with Parade Magazine and his response in my opinion had to be the best possible answer. His answer was

“I’d be happy to go and deny it, because I’m not. But by denying it, I’m saying there is something shameful about it, and there isn’t anything shameful. The questions about sexuality I find more here in America than anywhere else, because it’s a big hang-up and defines what people think about themselves and others. It’s not a big issue in Australia.”

What is your opinion on gay marriage?

First off, Happy Earth Day! I hope everyone does something to help the Earth a little! It’s not gonna be around forever so lets make the most of it!

Okay, so on to my story. I need to leave and go to Guam or something just to escape it. Right as life is getting so much better for me and everything is good and then guy drama. I haven’t had guy drama this complicated since last year with my ex! Okay, so the story is I have this friend, he likes me, his best friend likes me, and I like his best friend. See how that’s not good? I’m not gonna say their names because that would be really bad so I’ll just say friend and best friend. lol Okay, so my friend I’ve had such a long history with him and I’ve had a thing with him before but that was years ago and he’s the one guy you never get over. He’ll always be my friend, but I’ve never been able to get over him unless I’m really into someone else. And it’s the same thing for him. We have this thing and it just goes back and forth. We tease each other all the time but that sometimes ends with a fight and then we don’t talk. I just can’t get over him though.

And his best friend, is totally opposite. Even though I haven’t known him as long as my ex, I’ve always had a thing for him and it hasn’t been official until this year. He’s so sweet and nice and we never fight. When we’re together he gives me that look and I just feel safe and that we won’t have the same problems as my ex. He knows I have feelings for him, it’s just his best friend doesn’t. But I think he has a sense of what’s going on but not really, he thinks we’re just friends. I don’t wanna hurt him, but I deserve to be happy and when I was with him when we were together we were but we fought so much. With his best friend, he’s so chill and he makes me laugh so much and just makes me happy. Everyone knows the sitution too which makes it even worse so if something happens, everyone will know and everyone will have an opinion. Ughh, I just want it all to stop.

Zac Efron; you are the original heart throb. You are amazing. More amazing than Taylor Lautner. Even though you have a horrible taste in girlfriends because it should be me, not that porn star. Guys, you should all go see 17 Again. I went with a bunch of friends today and it was so amazing. The beginning is a tad stupid but it’s such a good movie! I cried twice! Best movie ever.

Change is coming! Very soon! Hopefully! You probably read the title and went: Obama? hehe No. Change is the future for this website. I need change. I want change. And this website is in dire need for some change. I feel a very drastic change coming sometime in summer and I feel that I’m using the word ‘change’ too much. I’ve been writing lists of things that need to be improved and updated and such. All of which is on my phone because I’m too lazy to go get a piece of paper which will be lost five minutes after being written on so it’s on my phone for now which is a good thing because I’m always on it.

A new style will be good for me because I’ve always wanted my site to be different from the rest and right now I think it’s like everyone else’s and I don’t like that. Sometime in summer, probably early summer I’ll start the revamp because I need to pass this school year first of all so I need to start cranking out some amazing grades. There’s only three months left, not even! There’s about 30 something days left of school for me so I need to start doing some work! I promise after this school year if I pass, hopefully I do, I will start the revamp. Most likely I’ll close the site down for a while and do it. I wanted to do a little today but my host is changing servers and I can’t log into my cPanel right now. Remember, change is the future! BTW, save the planet!

BTW, I recommend everyone go see Adventureland. And I’m special because I’ve been there and live near there. And Dance Wave: BEST ride ever. So go see it ‘cuz it’s a pretty sweet movie. I’d say some quotes but it would be very very offensive. lmao
