| Good Music? Pfft, No. |
These days I’m starting to feel that music is dying. It seems like there’s no more originality anymore and everything is fake because they can fix your voice up in the studio. I personally think the Jonas Brothers and Hannah Montana killed music. hehe. I don’t have a personal vendetta against them or anything but ever since they became famous, music just kinda sucks. And the weird thing is, it seems like any song can be the worst song ever but if you put it on the radio on the pop stations it becomes an instant hit. Like the song, Boom Boom Pow by the Black Eyed Peas, I think it sucks. Major ass. But just because it’s by that group and it’s all over the radio, doesn’t mean it’s any good. It just seems like music was so much better a year ago because everything right now is just blah. Also, has anyone heard about what’s happening with Coldplay? They’re getting sued or something by two different people who claim that Coldplay copied their songs for their hit, Viva La Vida. I listened to the other peoples songs and one of them sound really similar. What happened to making your own music and writing your own stuff? That’s why I really like Taylor Swift because she writes all of her songs and the music to them and they’re great. Why can’t singers write their own material? Anyways that was my little boring rant. Hope you enjoyed it, because I just had to get it off my chest. Also, you may be noticing some changes going on around the site. They’re all minor changes I’m making to ease into my new layout. I need to put up my new layout badly but I don’t have to time so I’m doing everything piece by piece. Until next time, Nancy |

the program i got is gimp , it’s just like photoshop but its free lol
it’s so true that music these days kinda sucks and i hate the song boom boom pow but everyone loves it just because popular radio stations play it, honestly where has all the originality gone, every song sounds the same.

anyway i think they kinda ruined music too, i mean like they are getting so much stardom, that real good singers are getting none, i do not get it. I think broadway singers shouldbe rewarded not people who sound like jessica simpson and britney spears meshed together (aka ashley tisdale0 and coldplay is getting sued? that sucks. I think fergie was getting sued for fergalicious or something idk. But seriously people need better music lol i like taylor swift for that reason too

Yeah, good music has died a lot. “Souja Boy” helped along with Miley Cyrus, lol. If I like a song though, I’ll listen to it, but I hate when some songs are just overrated and they’re not even that good. =/
I think the purpose of them playing it all over the radio over and over is to brain wash people to make them like it if they keep hearing it, lol. ^_^

This is why I hate rap music…because they just steal samples from other HIT SONGS in the past & rap some bs about hos dancin up on them in clubs & what not.

meh i think taylor swift is pretty when she doesn’t smile but most of the music i listen to is original. it’s only the popular music that isn’t. that BEP song is so annoying. but i’ve only heard it a couple of times because i don’t listen to the radio.

anyway. yes i ddi have a white layout, well grayish but then i took it down lol. I didn’t have time for the coding lol… it’s the real world/road rule challenges the duel 2… DO YOU WATCH IT?! ahh i love it haha
and yes it’s an all time low name, im debating between two. haha maybe i’ll ask you later.. lol but i can’t tell you on here because i so not want people to take it lol.
I have finals soon, so i gotta study :0 and like you i blog from time to time too, like i blog once a week. I am ususally online because i want to not because i have to.. you know? lol im not really addicted because i could get off at anytime lol.

I agree with you. Music is starting to go downhill. Everything is so mainstream and they will honestly just put ANYTHING on the radio these days. I miss the old school music, where you can actually feel like the song and the lyrics. And good lyrics too not some of these “new” music nowadays where they just find any random words to rhyme with.
There is still SOME good music out there i the pop world but it’s rare.

I LOVE EVAN:) haha hes my favorite hands down. I am obsessed with that show. everyday at gym i talk to my friend about it~i bet my other friends get annoyed. anyway Evan is like the hot, asshole guy. but he is SO funny. haha he doesn’t take shit from anyone. Also Mark is like 38 but DAMN his body is hot. haha.. idk if it’s gross that he is 23 years older and i JUST said that. Landon, i love too. haha he keeps winning:) I liek brittani the best(landons partner). I like derek, but idk, i rather him go home then a hot guy lol. I think MJ should go, but he’s doing it for his little girl at home. So i respect that. I do not get why Brad and tori never go into the dual?! WHY NOT?! I mean they “love” each other, but you can break it up. Maybe they are to nice lol, they haven’t won anything… I was glad jenn got kicked off, i am tired of seeing the lesbian love. haha i wanna see more of the guys shirtless:)

Taylor Swift is my favourite singer, I love her music, I love original people, her songs are so beautifull, I don’t like all of Miley’s songs but you have to say that the climb is really amazing music,
And of course you are right, everything these days is juste not original people are not being creative, you see too much singers and none is standing and shining,
it’s not only in America or Europe if you see our Arabic music channel you will throw up, they call themselves singers but all they do is belly dancing!!!

I totally agree. I hate that you never know what people actually sound like on a cd. And Hannah Montana and the Jonas Brothers make way too much money considering what their music actually sounds like.
