| Live Review: Go Radio @ Gramercy Theatre (9/12) |
![]() “Let’s just stay here. Don’t breathe.” Go Radio took over Gramercy Theatre on Wednesday, September 12th by musical storm. The second they hit the stage, they commanded everyone’s attention. All eyes were on them and the only lit cell phone screens were recording the stellar performance. This wasn’t surprising seeing as their “all music and no banter” mentality left no room for attention spans to wander off into lost thoughts. What is there really to say when you watch talented musicians showcase their art on stage? From crowd favorites, “Redemption in the Verse” and “Goodnight Moon,” to new material, “Go to Hell,” each and every song was welcomed with open arms and open ears. The pure enjoyment radiating off the crowd was a reflection of the enjoyment radiating off of Go Radio. Each member played their hearts out on stage. Jason Lancaster’s vocal range is insane. His vocals sounded straight off the record, playing and singing beautifully throughout the entire set. Their entire performance was like watching a symphony. Everything was exact and precise. Each note played, each lyric sung was done to perfection. Don’t miss a Go Radio show. Go Radio is Jason Lancaster (vocals), Alex Reed (guitar), Matt “Burns” Poulos (bass) and Steven Kopacz (drums).
