Magic Man @ Bowery Ballroom 01/30/2014

“It’s been a long ride, but it’s not over yet.” Boston’s Magic Man opened last night for New Politics at Bowery Ballroom. The New England foursome’s performance was consistently energetic and dynamic throughout their set, easily causing the sold-out Bowery Ballroom to turn into a dance club with tracks like “Tapes” and We Are Here EP track, “Paris.” After previously opening for Walk The Moon at Terminal 5, seeing Magic Man perform at a smaller venue brought an intimacy to their act that was made their set feel more comfortable. Magic Man will be releasing a full length album later this year via Columbia Records! Hopefully that also comes with the band’s own headlining tour. Check out photos from their Bowery Ballroom performance below.

Magic Man is Alex Caplow, Gabe Goodman, Joey Sulkowski, Justine Bowe, Sam Lee.
