PVRIS: “Holy” Empty Room Session

with No Comments

I do but I don’t feel bad for the ambient noise that my classmates can hear coming out of my headphones because it’s PVRIS that’s playing and they deserve to be heard by everyone. This semester has certainly been a tough one so for those moments when I need to forget everything and de-stress, I turn to PVRIS’s debut album, White Noise. Rise Records were smart to sign this band when they did because PVRIS created a fantastic debut album. I have a lot of favorites from White Noise but “Holy” has a special place in my heart. Its lyrics really resonate with me and when the chorus hits, I belt it out each time. This Empty Room Session version of the track takes on a more serene demeanor and PVRIS’s performance is mind-numbingly good.
