Ahhhhhh! I may hate warm weather but I love me some plants! As summer approaches, all of the prettiest blooms have been sprouting up and these are some of the ones I've captured with Debbie (my camera). I am at my most miserable in the summer but being surrounded by plants makes me feel a tad better about life. And don't even try to tell me I'm being dramatic. I've endured a lifetime of New York summertime humidity without the pleasure of having air conditioning or central air in my house. Why not? I don't know! We never had such luxuries. So instead, summers meant suffering in the heat and having to deal with the muggy humidity. If we wanted to escape the heat, we'd visit the local mall just to sit in its air conditioning for a bit before going home to what felt like the depths of hell. I've really gone off on a tangent, haven't I? Well ANYWAYS, enjoy these photos of the prettiest blooms my eyes ever did see.
