Before and After

Step 1
First, duplicate it and set it to Soft Light at 100%.

Step 2
Make a new raster layer set to Soft Light at 100% and fill it with #09B3D2.

Step 3
Make a new raster layer set to Overlay at 30% and fill it with #E9F9EC.

Step 4
Make a new raster later set to Burn at 56% and fill it with #F4B2DE.

Step 5
Go to Layers>>New Adjustment Layer>>Brightness/Contrast and set your settings as mine.

Step 6
Duplicate the base and drag it on top of all your layers and set it to Luminance at 30%.

Step 7
Make a new raster layer set to Overlay at 28% and fill it with #F7799D.
