Before and After

Step 1
Duplicate the picture and set it to Overlay at 45%.

Step 2
Make a new raster layer set to Lighten at 56% and fill it with #670F7D.

Step 3:
Duplicate the base and drag it on top of all your layers and set it to Luminance at 100%.

Step 4
Make a new raster layer set to Burn at 76% and fill it with #F9ECE9.

Step 5
Go to Layers >> New Adjustment Layer >> Color Balance and set your settings as mine:
Shadows: O, -7, 13
Midtones: 0, 0, 12
Highlights: 0, 0, 58

Step 6
Duplicate the base and drag it on top of all your layers and set it to 82% on Softlight.

Step 7
Duplicate the top layer and set it to Screen at 24%.
