From this To this
1. Save the “Before” icon to your computer and open it up in your Gimp program.
2. Go to Layer >> Duplicate Layer.
3. Make sure your Layer palette is out by clicking Ctrl-L. Set the duplicate layer to Soft Light.
4. Paste this texture as a new layer and set it to Multiply 100%.
5. Paste this texture as a new layer and set it to Lighten Only 100%.
6. Paste this texture as a new layer and set it to Lighten Only 100%.
7. Paste this texture as a new layer and move it into position using the Move tool (M) like mine.
8. Duplicate the background layer and bring it to the top of the palette. Set that layer to Soft light 100%.
