1. Take your picture, resize and crop it into an icon.
2. Paste this texture and set it to Overlay at 65%.
3. Create a new color balance layer: Shadows: +18, +3, -27 Midtones: -30, -16, +21 Hightlights: +8, +4, +15
4. Create a new selective color layer: Whites: -34, +10, +24, +12 Neutrals: +26, -1, 0, +26
5. Paste this texture and set it to Softlight at 38%.
6. Paste this texture and set it to Color Burn at 32%.
7. Paste this texture and set it to Multiply at 31%.
8. Paste this texture and set it to Screen at 58%.
