1. Take your picture, resize and crop it into an icon.
2. Create a new color balance layer: Shadows: +15, -12, -23 Midtones: -33, -31, -19 Highlights: -6, -10, -6
3. Paste this texture and set it to Darken at 54%.
4. Create a new selective color layer: Whites: +12, -8, +27, -16 Neutrals: -9, -2, +10, +20
5. Create a new channel mixer layer: Red: +122, -24, +20 Green: -11, +105, +32 Blue: +11, +10, +120
6. Paste this texture and set it to Softlight at 100%.
7. Paste this texture and set it to Lighten at 100%.
8. Paste this texture and set it to Multiply at 100%.
