1. Take your picture, resize and crop it into an icon.
2. Duplicate the background and set it to Softlight at 100%.
3. Create a new selective color layer: Reds: +100, +33, -23, -17 Neutrals: +37, -3, -9, +15
4. Paste this texture and set it to Multiply at 100%.
5. Paste this texture and set it to Screen at 80%.
6. Create a new color balance layer: Shadows: +12, -6, +6 Midtones: -37, -7, -11 Highlights: +12, -6, -1
7. Paste this texture and set it to Screen at 72%.
