1. Save the "Before" icon to your computer and open it up in your Paint Shop Pro program.

2. Duplicate the image and set it to Softlight at 100%.

|
3. Go to Layers >> New Adjustment Layer >> Color Balance and set your settings as mine:
Shadows: -26, -11, +19
Midtones: +24, -20, +18
Hightlights: -33, +2, +27

4. Merge all layers together by going to Layers >> Merge >> Merge All (Flatten) .

|
5. Go to Adjust >> Hue and Saturation >> Automatic Saturation Enhancement and set your settings as mine:
Bias: More Colorful
Stength: Strong
And check Skintones Present.

6. Copy this icon texture by me on top as a new layer and set at Screen 100%.
|
|
7. Copy this icon texture on top as a new layer and set to Screen 100%.
|
|
8. Copy this icon texture on top as a new layer and set to Darken 100%.
