Before and After

Step 1
Open up your picture in Photofiltre and the texture you’re using. I’ll be using this texture I made.

Step 2
On your texture click Ctrl+A then Ctrl+C to copy it. If you need resize your texture. I resized my texture so that the width is 500 pixels.

Step 3
Now go to the picture you’re adding the texture to, in my case it’s the picture of Selena and Demi, and click Ctrl+V to paste in the texture.

Step 4
Now go to Edit >> Fade Paste and set the opacity to whatever you want. I made mine 60%.

Step 5
Now add just add effects. I clicked seven times.
