One Picture Blend Coloring

This coloring is to get the effect of the one picture blend tutorial. Even though this tutorial was made TWO YEARS AGO I will be attempting to recreate this coloring. Note that the effect may not be the same!
Step 1
Click the Saturation (+) button.

Step 2
Go to Filter >> Color >> Colored Layer.


Step 3
Go to Adjust >> Gamma Correct.


Step 4
Now press the following: once, twice.
