Bubble Effect

Before and After
Step 1
Open up your picture in Photofiltre and click the selection tool. Make sure it's on the Ellipse setting. Make a selection anywhere you want.


Step 2
Now go to Filter >> Stylize >> Progressive Contour and make your settings like mine:


Step 3
After that take the selection and move it outward so that it's bigger than the previous selection:


Step 4
Go to Filter >> Repeat Progressive contour.

Step 5
Keep making as many "bubbles" as you want. (Repeat steps 3+4 as much as you want)
