Circle Effect

Before and After
Step 1
Using the selection tool on the Ellipse setting, make a circle on the face of the picture you're using.


Step 2
Right click on the selection and select Stroke and Fill.


Step 3
Right click on the selection again but this time select Invert Selection.


Step 4
Click the grayscale button.

Step 5
Right click on the selection again but this time select Invert Selection.


Step 6
Take the selection you made and move it around. Move it around but still make it close to the original selection. Right click and stroke and fill it again.

Step 7:
Repeat as much as you want. I did it one more time. Then add effects and you're done!
