Before and After
Step 1
Using the selection tool on the polygon setting make a selection like mine:


Step 2
Then click the greyscale button:

Step 3
Then right click on the picture and click Stroke and Fill:


Step 4
Go to Filter >> Stylize >> Progressive Contour:


Step 5
Click and twice.

Step 6
Copy the before picture and paste it on top and go to Edit >> Fade Paste and set the opacity to 20%.
