Step 1
Open up the picture in Photofiltre. Take the selection tool and use this setting and make a selection around everything but Vanessa.


Step 2
Now click to blur your selection. I clicked this three times.

Step 3
Now click once.

Step 4
If some spots of the picture aren't blurred because you couldn't make a selection there click this tool and have your settings as mine.

And blur away at the points which aren't blurred.
