Before and After
Step 1
Open up your picture in Photofiltre. Go to Image >> Duplicate to duplicate the picture.

Step 2
Go to Adjust >> Dithering.


Step 3
Open the duplicate image and click Ctrl-C and paste it into your "dithered" picture.

Step 4
Go to Edit >> Fade Paste and set the opacity to 80%.
