Step 1
Open up your image in PhotoFiltre.

Step 2
Press once.

Step 3
Go to Filter >> Visual Effect >> Gaussian Blur >> 3 pixels.

Step 4
Edit >> Fade Gaussian Blur >> 50%.

Step 5
Go to Filter >> Visual Effect >> Fog >> White.

Step 6
Edit >> Fade Fog >> 50%.

Step 7
Press once.
