Before and After

Step 1
Open up a picture in Photofiltre and go to Filter>>Frame>>Simple Frame.

Step 2
You can set your settings to whatever you want but I've set mine to:
Width: 15
Color: White
Opacity: 30%


After having your settings done click Ok.
