Step 1
Open up a new image document in Photofiltre along with this.

Step 2
Resize the picture of flames to a smaller size like 500px for the width.

Step 3
Using the Text tool, type whatever you want but instead of clicking OK, click Transform to Selection.

Step 4
Move your selection to where you want the flames to be in your text.

Step 5
Copy and paste your selection into a new image.

Step 6
Go to Filter >> Visual Effect >> Motion Blur >> Vertical.

Step 7
Paste your text again but on top of the blurred out text.

Step 8
Repeat Step 3 but move the text on top of the text already there.

Step 9
Now go to Filter >> Stylize >> Drop Shadow.
