Before and After

Step 1
Open up your picture in Photofiltre and click Ctrl-C to copy it.

Step 2
Go to Filter >> Visiual Effect >> Motion Blur >> Diagonal.

Step 3
Click Ctrl-V so that the original picture is shown.

Step 4
Go to Edit >> Fade Paste and set the opacity to 40%.
