Before and After

Step 1
Go to Filter >> Soften >> Blur More.

Step 2
Go to Edit >> Fade Blur More and set the opacity to around 40%.

Step 3
Go to Adjust >> Gamma Correct and set the level to 1.30 with the Channel on .


Step 4
Go to Adjust >> More Shadows.
