There’s probably a better way to do this but this is how I decided to make it as it was a request.

Before and After

Step 1
Open up your iamge in Photofiltre. If you want my picture, click on my before picture.

Step 2
Save this brush to your computer.

Step 3
Click the Photomasque button or go to Filter >> PhotoMasque. Go to your Pictures folder and find the brush you just saved. Make your settings as mine and click OK:

Step 4
Go to Edit >> Define Pattern.

Step 5
Open up the PhotoMasque again and pick a different color.

Step 6
Click the Clone Stamp tool and make your settings as mine:

Erase parts of the brush until your picture looks like my After picture above.
