Step 1
Open up your image in PhotoFiltre.

Step 2
Using the Selection tool on the Polygon setting, make a selection around the person.


Step 3
Now right click and select Stroke and Fill.


Step 4
Now right click on the selection again and select Invert Selection.

Step 5
Save these brushes to use: one, two, three

Step 6
Now press the PhotoMasque button and find those brushes in your Pictures folder.


Step 7
Fill the background with the brushes as much as you want. Use different settings to get the brushes in different areas. You can use other splatter brushes if you want.

Step 8
Now do a color tutorial of your choice.

Step 9
Add effects and text and you're done!
