Making a Modern Texture

Step 1
Open up a new image document in Photofiltre, 800x600 and fill with black.

Step 2
Using the Spray tool, spray the entire image with colors until yours looks like mine.


Step 3
After you're done spraying, go to Filter >> Stylize >> Mosaic and set your settings as mine:


Step 4
Go to Edit >> Fade Mosaic >> 50.

Step 5
Go to Filter >> Aged Effect >> Sepia.

Step 6
Go to Edit >> Fade Sepia >> 30.

Step 7
Go to Filter >> Deform >> Glass.

Step 8
Go to the Filter >> Color >> Colored Layer.


Step 9
Now click the Blur More button,
