Mini Effect

Step 1
Open up your image in PhotoFiltre.

Step 2
Go to Image >> Duplicate.

Step 3
Resize your duplicate so that it's significantly smaller. I resized mine to 100px for the width.

Step 4
Now go to Image >> Rotate >> Free >> +10.


Step 5
Now zoom in on your picture and using the Selection tool on the Polygon setting, select the sides of the picture.


Step 6
Copy and paste it onto the original picture.


Step 7
Now go back to the smaller picture and click Undo so that it goes back to normal looking, not rotated.

Step 8
Rotate it again but this time make it negative 10 (-10) so that it rotates the opposite way.


Step 9
Copy and paste it onto the original picture on top of the first smaller image.


Step 10
Add effects and whatnot.
