Step 1
Now click the spray paint tool and whatever color you want. You can change the settings however you like. I just like picking good even numbers.


Step 2
Now after picking your color and making your settings, put the spotlight where ever on your picture.

Step 3
After that, go to Adjust>>Brightness/Contrast.
