Patterned Border

Step 1
Open up Photofiltre and open up a new file whatever size you want. Lets just make it a blank 100x100 size file for tutorial purposes shall we?

Step 2
After that go to Image >> Outside Frame and set your settings to whatever you want. But make sure Background Pattern is checked. You can also select from the provided patterns or work your way to My Pictures (if you don't know what "My Pictures" is, just exit the site now.) and select any pattern/texture you want.

Step 3
Then just click ok and you have your patterned border!
