Rapid Effect

Step 1
Open up your image in Photofiltre.

Step 2
Go to Edit >> Define Pattern.

Step 3
Go to Filter >> Visual Effect >> Motion Blur >> Diagonal.

Step 4
Click the Clone Stamp tool and make your settings as mine:


Step 5
Erase some of the blurred parts over Taylor and you're done!
