Making a Wallpaper
Step 1Open up a new image 800x600 in Photofiltre. Fill it with black.
Step 2
Go to Edit >> Define Pattern.
Step 3
Save this brush. Click the PhotoMasque button and go to your My Pictures folder. Find the brush you just saved and make your settings as mine.
Step 4
Using the clone stamp tool, try to make your wallpaper look like this.

Save this texture.
Step 6
Click the PhotoMasque button and go to your My Pictures folder. Find the texture you just saved and make your settings as mine.
Step 7
Save this picture. Make a selection of it like mine.
Step 8
Copy and paste it on the wallpaper. While the selection line is still around the paste, click the Ellipse button
so that the selection box turns to a circle.
Step 9
Right click on the selection and select Stroke and Fill.
Step 10
Go to Filter >> Stylize >> Progressive Contour.
Step 11
Add effects and you're done!
