Before and After
Step 1 Duplicate the layer and set the Blend Mode to Vivid Light at 35%.
Step 2
Go to Layer >> New Adjustment Layer >> Brightness/Contrast and set both the Brightness to +18 and the Contrast to +12.
Step 3
Go to Layer >> New Adjustment Layer >> Selective Color and set your settings as mine:
