Before and After

Step 1
Open up your image in Photoshop.

Step 2
Go to Layer >> Duplicate Layer.

Step 3
Set that layer to Multiply 100%.

Step 4
Using the Eraser tool (E) erase parts over Miley.

Step 5
Click Shift+Ctrl+E so all layers should merge together or go to Layer >> Merge Visible.

Step 6
Go to Layer >> Duplicate Layer.

Step 7
Set that layer to Softlight 100%.
