Before and After

Step 1
Open up your picture in Photoshop. Go to Filter >> Render >> Lens Flare. And this should pop up:

Step 2
You can pick whatever kind of lens flare you want and change up your size of brightness. I used the first choice with 150% brightness.

Step 3
Click ok and you’re done.
