Advanced Coloring 1

Step 1
Open up your picture in Paint Shop Pro.

Step 2
Make a new raster layer set to Soft Light at 54% and fill it with #76C0F8.

Step 3
Make a new raster layer set to Burn at 25% and fill it with #BF63F9.

Step 4
Make a new raster layer set to Soft Light at 52% and fill it with #F6DECA.

Step 5
Duplicate the background and drag it on top of Raster 3 and set it to Soft Light at 87%.

Step 6
Go to Layers>>New Adjustment Layer>>Brightness/Contrast and set your Brightness to 10 and your Contrast to 20.
