Step 1
Duplicate the picture and set it to Softlight 100%.

Step 2
Go to Layers >> New Adjustment Layer >> Color Balance and set your settings as mine:
Shadows


Midtones


Highlights

Set that layer to Luminance 100%.

Step 3
Duplicate the top layer and set it to Lighten 100%.

Step 4
Make a new raster layer set to Softlight 28% and fill it with #00AEEE.

Step 5
Make a new raster layer set to Burn 36% and fill it with #F6E4D8.

Step 6
Merge all layers together.

Step 7
Go to Adjust >> Hue and Saturation >> Automatic Saturation Enhancement and set your settings as mine:
