Before and After

Step 1
Copy and paste the “before” image into your Paint Shop Pro program.

Step 2
Go to Layers >> Duplicate and duplicate it once.

Step 3
Go to Layers >> Properties and set the layer to Screen at 80%.

Step 4
Then go to Adjust >> Blur >> Blur.
