Step 1
Open up your picture in Paint Shop Pro. Click the selection tool or (S).

Step 2
Now start making selections on your picture while pressing the Shift key on your key board.

Keep holding the Shift key as you make more selections!

Step 3
After making you selections click Ctrl-C and then Ctrl-V. Make sure to save the picture in a format that supports transparency such as .PNG
