Before and After

Step 1
First go to Layers >> Duplicate.

Step 2
Now go to Adjust >> Hue/Saturation >> Colorize.

And then set both hue and saturation to 0.

Step 3
Now using your Eraser tool (X) erase over the Hannah Beths body or where ever you don’t want it to be black and white.
