Southern California rock band Versus the World just released their new album, Drink. Sing. Live. Love., and have a tour coming up this fall with MxPx Allstars and Unwritten Law. My favorite track off their new album is “A Love Song For Amsterdam.” It’s a powerful track with a memorable chorus. Lead singer Donald Spence’s voice is strong and slick throughout the entire track. It has everything I love in the alternative rock genre: loud guitars blasting power chords and catchy story telling lyrics. “Amsterdam” speaks to my inner alternative rocker. Drink. Sing. Live. Love., is available now at major retail stores, iTunes, and
